Shipping and returns policy

 Shipping within the peninsula and the balearic islands: Orders will be shipped in 2-3 working days from the date the order was placed. If the purchase is done later than 14:00 in the afternoon the period for shipping will start the next working day after the purchase.
The cost for deliveries are:
Within the peninsula: 2,99€ or FREE if the order is the same or superior to 35€ Balearic Islands: 4,99€ or FREE if the order is the same or superior to 60€
Shipping to Europe:
Orders will be shipped in 5-6 working days from the date the order was placed. If the purchase is done later than 14:00 in the afternoon the period for shipping will start the next working day after the purchase.
The cost for deliveries are:
Within the peninsula: 5,99€ or FREE if the order is the same or superior to 80€
In the unfortunate situation where the destination address had any detail wrong after the purchase please contact immediately here support@kommojewelry.com . The address can be modified only if the parcel has not already been sent. In the case the parcel has been sent with a wrong or incomplete address, the customer takes responsibility for all the costs in all cases.
If the order contain several products they will be sent in one single box together.
During sales season the shipping period can be extended.
The shipping company will try to deliver the parcel in the address given by the customer. In the case the parcel can not be received at the address on the time of the delivery, the customer will be able to collect the parcel at the premisses of the company which will be subject to specific policies by the company and country of delivery.
If the parcel is not collected within the period specified by the delivery company, the parcel will be returned to us. Once the parcel arrive to us, the customer will need to pay again for the shipping costs in order to get the parcel shipped a second time.

RETURNS

In order to make a return, please contact us at: support@kommojewelry.com , giving the order number and specify the product you wish to return. The product must be sent in its original packaging as well as any accessories it may have. All items must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use. Once the return request is activated we will send you an address by e-mail. The parcel will have to be sent by the customer to this given address. When the product arrives and is checked by our team to be in perfect condition, the transfer will be processed, taking 3-5 business days for the money to arrive to the original way the payment was made. In case the return does not arrive in perfect condition or is lost during the shipping, the customer will be fully responsible, in these cases Kommo won’t be able to offer a refund. Either if the date for returns of your order is expired. The period for returns being up until 28 days after the purchase of the product. If The customer made use of the offer 2x1 and you want to make a return, both items must be returned as those are considered a single product. This is the same with packs of items, they are indivisible and must be returned complete. Offers and discounts on shipping at the time of purchase won’t be extended to the return process. In the unfortunate situation where the product arrives with any imperfection, the customer has a week since the arrival of the product to communicate it. Once the product arrives to us we will verify the products' issue and check if the items have not got signs of being wore. Then if all is correct a full refund will be issued the same way the purchase was done originally. There won’t be a refund for any present given with the purchase in any case.
